You will have more dynamic power exercises and use those resistance bands a whole lot more in Insanity Asylum Volume 2. But donвЂ™t worry you pick them up rather quick. Not only are they harder but they require much more muscle memory because they are longer and a little tricky at first. The agility moves in the ladder become much more complex.

In the first volume you built a foundation of sports performance focusing on using the jump rope, agility ladder and resistance bands.
